We operate this website to share information about our programs and to receive donations, volunteer applications, and partnership enquiries.

- Follow up on volunteer and partnership applications

Contact form submissions are processed and stored through Web3Forms, a third-party form handling service. Submissions are delivered to our email inbox and are subject to Web3Forms' own privacy and security practices.
Donation transactions are processed through Paystack (for Nigerian naira payments) and Stripe (for international card payments). RTB Foundation does not store your card details — these are handled entirely by the payment processors, who are subject to the highest payment security standards (PCI DSS compliance).
We retain the information you send us for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — for example, to follow up on a volunteer application or maintain a record of a donation. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly (see section 7 below).
5. Third Parties We Work With
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website:
- Netlify — website hosting and basic traffic analytics. Anonymised data only.
- Web3Forms — handles contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox securely.
- Paystack — processes naira donations and card payments within Nigeria.
- Stripe — processes international card donations.
- Google Fonts — web font delivery. Google may receive your IP address as part of loading fonts.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties. We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.

Our website uses minimal cookies — small files stored on your device — to help the website work properly.
We use only essential cookies:
