These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the RTB Foundation website. Using the website means you accept these terms. If you have questions, please contact us before using the site.
1. About This Website
This website is owned and operated by the Rashidat Tijani Bayewu Foundation (RTB Foundation), a non-governmental, non-profit organisation registered in Nigeria (CAC RC 9337266), with offices at 8, Buraimoh Street, Alakoto Apapa, Lagos. The website is provided to share information about our work, receive donations, and connect with volunteers, partners, and the public.

You are welcome to use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes — for example, to learn about our programs, make a donation, or get in touch with us.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any content from this website without our written permission
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm RTB Foundation or anyone else
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems

3. Donations
All donations made through this website are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed, as the funds are immediately allocated to our programs.
If you believe a transaction error has occurred — for example, a duplicate charge — please contact us or call 07034 438 514 within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue in good faith.
How your donation is used: Every donation goes directly toward RTB Foundation's programs — education support, healthcare outreach, welfare assistance, and the Free PMB initiative. We do not use donations for personal benefit or unrelated administrative costs. We operate with full transparency and accountability to our donors.
Donations are processed securely through Paystack (for naira payments) and Stripe (for international cards). RTB Foundation does not store your payment card details.
